Location and access

 
Located at the heart of the department of the Hérault, at the crossroads of two major roads (A75 et A750), the Hérault Valley municipal Community groups together the 28 municipalities in the cantons of Gignac and Aniane.

To access the Hérault Valley municipal Community

- by car
Coming from Montpellier (distance 30km): take the A750 (N109 for the final stretch of the highway) toward Béziers, Lodève, Millau and Clermont-Ferrand, exiting at Gignac
Approximate travel time: 30 minutes

Coming from Béziers: take the N9 then the A75 toward Clermont l’Hérault, Lodève and Millau, then the A750 toward Montpellier, exiting at Gignac
Approximate travel time: 40 minutes

Coming from Lodève: take the A75 then the A750 toward Montpellier, exiting at Gignac
Approximate travel time: 15 minutes
- by train
On arrival at Montpellier train station, take the coach (lines 301/381, 302, 303/485, 305, 308), as far as Gignac.

- by plane
Take the airport shuttle (line 120), as far as the Place de l’Europe (terminus), take tram line 2 as far as Montpellier train station then proceed as indicated in the « by bus» section.

- by bus
Take the coach (lines 301/381, 302, 303/485, 305, 308), as far as Gignac Approximate travel time: 45 minutes
