These correspond to think tanks, responsible for debating which actions to take and which projects to implement, and for formulating action proposals.
They are made up of elected representatives of the Community and referral technicians, who co-conduct the commission with their respective chairman.
There are also two compulsory commissions: the CAO (Tenders Commission) and the CLET (Commission to assess the transfer of duties).
The CAO is an obligatory stage in the procedure for formalised markets, the price thresholds depending on the nature of the markets in question. Nevertheless, the services of the municipal Community regularly call on this commission when these thresholds are not reached or when markets are non formalised, to get an opinion as to which markets are important, namely in relation to project management or to carrying out research.
The CLET, for its part, intervenes in the transfer of competence from the municipalities to the municipal Community, to evaluate the costs and measures to be taken to meet these costs.
